Optional Uniform Information

(The following information is reproduced from various sources. Prices on the order form are correct. Although multiple colors are shown, everything will be ordered in the school's colors, which are royal blue and white)

To place an order, print out an order form . Complete the order form (one form for each athlete) and take it, along with your check, and pay the Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will give the form back to you, and a receipt for your check. Next, take the form and the receipt go Sue Greathouse. The last day for orders is Feb. 26. Anything after this date may not make the group order!
